Resolut BOS

Resolut BOS is our Central checkout management software.

In BOS you can manage; data, employees, articles, authorisations, promotions and deposits.

With the optional Stock management module it's easy to manage your stock and create orders and bookings.

For Fashion retailers, it is possible to work with collections up to 8 components per articles (such as color and size). Resolut BOS is ideally suited for use by affiliate company's where every department (and supervisors) have their own needs. With the use of a scope each user only has access to the data which he or she is authorised for. After data in Resolut BOS is changed, it can be distributed to each combination of affiliates. With this function it is easy to customize your promotions per branch office.

The latest version of Resolut BOS will also have a loyalty module.

Real-time monitoring of sales and acts

All POS transactions are sent real-time to Resolut BOS and are directly available in central reports. The application boasts a large number of standard reports which are all exportable to almost any desired format (such as PDF and .xlsx). Using these reports and the register browser with its extensive filters, the operation can be followed throughout the day.

Master Data

Define an infinite number of barcodes per product.
A barcade can be assigned a new price, thus overwriting the default display price. This is applicable with, for example; tobacco or excisable goods and different prices for certain sizes in the fashion industry.
Multiple price lines (price lists).
"Ask" price. Once the article is scanned, the cashier will be asked for the price. The minimum and maximum price are adjustable.

Discounts

All discounts have a beginning and an end date
Discount on article level or group level are all possible, multi-buy/mix-match, percentage discount, discount amount on set prices (3 for 5 euros), cheapest item for free, an article for free when you purchase x number of.. etc.
All multi-buy discounts are shown at the checkout in real- time and the customer screen.
Discount vouchers at article or barcode (magazines) or discount vouchers on a set of items or item groups.
Free gift item. The cashier is alerted automatically if the customer qualifies for a free gift

E-vouchers

It's possible to adjust at product level whether is is an e-product or not and which provider offers the product.
In the Netherlands we support h@ND and Intersolve.
E-vouchers can not be consulted in the journal. The transaction code will be stored.
